I like this design but i think that the flags should be the same size and should make a complete square.
It's cool but make sure the flags are the same size and the border is alone.
The flags are too distorted, and put flags in the corners to finish the box.
I like the idea of using the flags as a boarder, but maybe put them around the sides of the whole page rather than just in the center.
